Around noon I noticed air was blowing from the vents but not cooling. On this dreadfully hot day, I was very concerned that a technician wouldn't be available. I called Lappe, our regular heating and air company at 1:00. Korey Nunning was here by 3 and got right to work when I got home at 3:15. Lo and behold, it's now 4:30 and the unit is working perfectly. He explained what the problem was and what he did. He even changed the filter for me! I highly recommend using Lappe for all you heating and air work. They get to you quickly, they take care of the problem and go out of their way to make sure you're in good shape. Thank you to the office for getting someone to us quickly and special thanks to Korey for his excellent service.

Dave came to the house and accessed our needs and within days Daniel and his team came and installed our new Carrier Infinity heat pump system. We are very happy with our purchase and that the installation was completed in less than a day. All of our needs were met with professionalism, and we will continue to use Lappe Heating & Air in the future.

Daniel was very easy to work with. No high pressure. Gave us options and answered all our questions. Came on time and finished complete removal and install the same day. Picked up all debris and hauled all old unit and boxes. Price as quoted. No hidden fees. Handled warranty registration. We are very happy with the product and service. Highly recommend them. With this kind of service they should be here another 100 years!

Replaced a 15 year old unit -- very satisfied with the experience. Dave helped configure the right system for our house. We now are more comfortable in the summer at higher settings and in the winter at lower settings; overall, higher comfort with less energy usage. Really like the dehumidification feature that removes the moisture in the summer.

I have been meaning to do this for quite some time. We purchased a home that was originally built in the mid 40's. It had 2 late 80's ac units that were not up to today's efficiency standards. I called Dave to quote 2 new units, new duct work and zoning. The work was done on time, on budget and you never would have know they had been there they were so neat. All of the rebate forms were also pre-filled for me to mail in to our local power company. In addition Dave has referred several other service professionals that I have used. I could not be more pleased with the job and the "after the sale" service I have received. I highly recommend Lappe Heating and AC! Great job guys.

Very pleased with the two new heating and air systems Lappe Heating & Air designed, provided and installed. I liked their quick response to my inquiry, best technical advice, competitive price, timely installation, installation by owner, and the quality insulated metal duct. Lappe exceeded my expectations!
